Why does PackEx work with a laser?

One of the biggest shortcomings of traditional small-batch production is its complexity: a separate die-cutting tool has to be developed for each folding carton design - an enormously labor-intensive process that can sometimes take up to five weeks. From our point of view, such time horizons are no longer acceptable today, not to mention the costs involved. With our laser, we kill two birds with one stone: the system not only adapts flexibly to the respective specifications, but is also ready for operation without any lead times and requires hardly any set-up costs. The results are impressive: Contours, cuts, micro-perforations - all accurate to the millimetre and 100% machine-compatible for further processing of your packaging.
